| 1984 | Mrs. Bhupinder Kaur Bedi took over the management, becoming the only woman Chairman in the male dominated Equipment Rental Industry and added 2 x 20 MT Cranes to the fleet |
| 1994 | Mr. Manamar Singh Bedi & Mr. Preet Bedii took over the management of the company |
| 1997 | Fleet size reached to 15 Nos-3 MT Forklifts, 3 Nos-5 MT Forklifts and 5 Nos-10 MT Forklifts |
| 2000 | Expanded operations from Mumbai to PAN India and increased the Forklifts capacity range by purchasing 5 Nos-20 MT capacity Forklifts & also added 2 Nos-125 MT / 150 MT Mobile Cranes to the fleet |
| 2002 | First 150 MT telescopic & 250 MT / 280 MT truck mounted lattice boom Cranes purchased and became the biggest Crane owning company in the Mumbai port |

| 2006 | Demag AC 650, a 650 MT telescopic Crane purchased, which is one of the largest telescopic cranes available in India |
| 2011 | Liebherr LR 1750, a 750 MT crawler Crane purchased; the first player to buy a Brand New Liebherr Crawler Crane |
| 2016 | 2 x 650 MT Sany make crawler Cranes, 1 x 125 MT Zoomlion make telescopic Crane, 1 x 150 MT Zoomlion make telescopic Crane added to the fleet |
